Essential oils when inhaled cure the mind as well as the body. As the aromas are inhaled by the lungs they cure the physical state at the same time the brain waves are stimulated. When oils are used through physical contact like massages they enter the blood stream and cure the physical ailments. Beware that the oils are used in their diluted form when used during massages as their concentrate form is very strong and tends to harm the skin.

Beware of the products that you buy. There are some imposters available over the counter that tend to cause more harm or some have no benefits at all and tend to be a waste. If an oil does not state its name, break up and its curative powers then it is an imposter and you must stay clear of it.
