i do yoga regularly , like suraya namaskar, few yoga exercises and pranayams.
my total yoga period is one hour fifteen mins daily. in which i do pranayamas for 1/2 an hour ( kapalbathi and anoloom vilom) but my problem is that i am fine before starting yoga but as soon as i start , slowly my head starts getting heavy and then it is heavy for the whole day . i want the reason and the natural remedy for this . please help me.
i want to know the natural remedy for mylitis also.
