Not only will it help to get rid of the inflammation and heart burn; the vinegar is known to be extremely helpful in aiding weight loss, constipation, acne and controlling cholesterol. Cook your food with this vinegar or simply add it to your pasta, salad or soup preparations as a topping. You can also add it to extremely spicy foods.
