Start with washing your face the moment you wake up. Of course, everyone does it but the trick lies in how long we spend washing our faces every morning.

Firstly wash your skin with cold water to wake it up; warm water may seem more appealing however it damages your skin and increase the production of oil on the surface of your skin. Use a soap free cleansing solution on your skin to clean it and reduce the risk of acne breakouts.

Massage the solution on your skin in circular movements and let the residue stay on your skin for a few seconds before you wash it off. Washing your skin well in the morning will reveal clear skin throughout the day.

Skip coffee in the morning and drink a glass of orange or pineapple juice. These juices will detoxify the body and reduce the amount of toxins in the body. This is great as it reduces the risk of breakouts and oily secretion on the surface of the skin. Drink a glass of water every 2 hours to ensure that your body expels toxins at regular intervals.

Invest in a good moisturizer that suits your skin type and tone. A moisturizing cream will nourish your skin and soften it. Use a cream that is suitable for the day and night.

Look for a product that contains Aloe Vera or vitamin E as these products nourish the skin. If your skin is naturally dry then you must use oils rather than creams on your skin. Massage each part of your body for a few minutes to increase the blood circulation.

Lastly, remember to keep your beauty regime simple; don’t use too many products on your skin. Use natural products as often as possible and avoid chemical treatments. Try these 4 steps and you will have beautiful radiant skin within 5 days.
