Quercetin, a plant flavonoid is a quite powerful antioxidant. It feeds on free radicals that damage body cells. This phytochemical is found in green leafy vegetables, green and black tea, citrus fruits, apple, different grains etc. Eating a flavonol rich diet during urticaria infection brings dividends. Also include Vitamin C rich diet, which revitalizes your immune system.
Do breathing exercises and meditation to avoid stress. Try to remain cheerful and relaxed. Reducing tension also reduces the inflammation, as also your chances of re-eruption.Don’t remain indoors. Expose your body to the fresh air outside. Sunlight is a natural healer. However, do take care not to come in contact with extreme climates like too much heat, cold or humidity. Use sunscreen or wear warmer clothes as the weather dictates. Also avoid coming in direct contact with dirt and pollutants which may escalate your problems.
