Use Sunscreen Always
One way of arresting the spread of pigmentation and the development of new spots is to use sunscreen on your face, arms and exposed body parts before going out in the sun. While sunscreen does not give 100% protection, it is still better than not applying any sunscreen at all.Apply the sunscreen 20 minutes before going out in the sun.
