Begin tired is natural, but when it happens regularly you might be having a problem.
If you are feeling tired and sleepy all the time, then your activities both in the office and at home will get affected. Exercise regularly: Lack of exercise is also a reason to feel tired – your body will begin to feel tired and bored due to long hours that go without much physical activity. Not only will this make you feel exhausted, but will also make you put on more weight.
Talk to your doctor: Consult your healthcare provider to find out if there is any health problem that is causing you to feel excessively tired. Medications can leave side-effects making you drowsy. Conditions like sleeping disorders and thyroid can cause fatigue – so diagnose your problem to get the right treatment.
Apart from these, there are certain lifestyle factors like heavy alcohol consumption, inactivity or excessive physical activity and poor eating habits that can leave you feeling tired and sleepy all the time. Identifying the problem is the best way to solve it.
