You should do these exercises in sets of 10 or 20 depending upon your ability. Allow your body enough time to recuperate after one set before starting with the next set.
Fitness Sports – If you were into sports at an earlier age fitness sports are a very effective way to regain fitness fast. You can start with jogging and then play something like tennis or football for an hour or so for best results.
