Dealing with Pimples

Next, food habits need to be kept in check. It is important to include a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet so that all the body toxins are washed away and flushed out from time to time. The unwanted body toxins are one of the main reasons behind pimples.

Drinking lots of water is a magic trick too. The more water you drink, the more you are flushing out the unwanted substances from your body. As a result, the occurrence of pimples gets reduced.

Experts suggest that using wrong kinds of cosmetic products and make-up products can also be a cause of pimples. It is best to avoid too much experimentation with your skin, so that it remains clean and healthy. If you happen to be in a profession which demands regular make-up, then you can again consult an expert on which brands you should use. Ideally, people who are prone to pimples should use hypoallergenic makeup.

Remember to never wash your face with too hot water, or else it can leave the skin pores open, which accumulate the dirt even more. Always wash your face with cold water to keep your skin pores closed. Steaming on the face however, can be done once a week to clear the skin off pimples.
