Drink plenty of water, preferably filtered. Fennel tea is also very good. Avoid using tea bags while making it, brew it using leaves. Also, it is good to get some physical exercise daily. However, before treating the condition make sure it is unusual. On an average, people pass gas about 10 to 25 times in a day. If you pass gas more number of times, then it means that you need to treat it.
