Baked potato chips cooked in healthy canola oil can be the perfect start to your meal. Preheat the oven and apply canola oil on a nonstick pan. Cut two medium sized potatoes into thin slices and place it in the pan. Add some canola oil on top and then place it in the oven for around 25 minutes or so. You can now enjoy a treat of perfectly browned potato chips.

Recipe for Main Dish: One of the best weight loss foods is salmon and fish that contain omega 3 fatty acids. Salmon oil is often used in weight loss supplements. Cooking a healthy salmon recipe like barbecued salmon is quite easy. To make barbecued salmon you need two pounds salmon, olive oil, a teaspoon of fresh herbs, a minced garlic clove, a teaspoon of lemon juice along with salt and pepper for taste. Heat the grill and in a bowl combine all the ingredients other than the salmon. Use a brush to apply the mixture to the salmon and then cook on barbecue till it is done.
