To get a good tone for your body, a change in the diet and the follow-up of a healthy diet is of utter importance. A good diet will help you to loose weight initially and maintain correct metabolism of the body.

Eat low-fat and low-cholesterol foods. Eliminate all kinds of fatty foods from your diet. The maximum amount of calories you can consume per day is 2000-2300l. Reduce the intake of high carbohydrate-content diet like the potatoes and rice. Instead of that, consume whole grain wheat. Do not consume white flour or white breads; eat only brown breads of whole-grains.

Have a diet, which is rich in linear proteins. The protein intake should be 1.2 gm per kg of body weight. Egg white and linear meat are good examples of linear protein diet. Do not consume any kind of refined pulses or cereals. A diet rich in protein automatically cuts down fat and carbohydrate intake.Eat adequate amounts legumes, tofu and beans and drink one glass of protein drink everyday. Skimmed milk withpowders of whey protein and greens will be an appropriate protein drink to be consumed in the morning.

Eat six proper mini meals everyday. (Snacks included). Eat healthy low-fat snacks and do not consume chips or pop corns and fried biscuits). Include green tea and black tea in the morning and do not drink too much of coffees.

Fruit juices like the pomegranate juice will be beneficial for your body. Avoid consuming fruit juices available in cans or fruit juices with added preservatives. Eat fruits from the berries group like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

Include lots of green vegetables that rich in fibers and minerals in your diet. Consume low fat healthy oils like the olive oils, soya oils, cod liver oils.

Do not eat any fried product, instead consume the baked ones. Include a bit of almonds in your diet. Consume low fat dairy products like skimmed milk, plain yogurt, and cottage cheese. Drink lots of water for the necessary for hydration and elimination of toxins from your body. Do not consume any meals after 8pm in the evening.

Physical Activities

Include at least one-hour for regular physical exercise in your daily routine (half-an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening is ideal). The simple health-exercises include jogging, deep breathing exercises, cardio, lightweight exercises, swimming and free hand exercises.

Perform yoga; power yoga will be immensely beneficial for the development of correct muscle tones.The exercises should be conducted in a proper way with appropriate procedures.Get a 7-8 hours sleep every day. Perform meditation to reduce stress and the secretion of stress-hormones.

Achieving a body tone does not mean starving or dieting without physical activities. The procedure of toning your body includes a combination of proper physical activities and a regular healthy diet. This will help you not only to achieve a proper tone for your body but will also enable you to achieve physical and mental strength.
