This yoga asana is very helpful in attaining the perfect health for the breasts. It mainly inculcates the basic movement of ‘Martial Arts’ workouts. Since we know that it is very important to keep your lymphatic system and breast tissues strong, this asana does the same. The impulsive movement of this pose of yoga which is also called the ‘snapping back’ movement is very helpful in stimulating the breast and the lymphatic tissues.

Right Technique

Start this pose by sitting in a comfortable position on the yoga mat on your heels. If you feel that the whole body weight is creating strain on your knees then you can remove the load on the knees by putting a soft pillow or cushion between your legs and buttocks.

Close your hands in the form of a fist and tuck the thumbs of both the hands inside the fist. Now pull your elbows back towards your chest and bring the fists near your chest at the level of the chest only. Just like we do in martial arts suddenly and with full strength move your fist of one arm in front of your body in straight direction.

Remember the arm should move open up in front of your in full length and do this action while inhaling. Now open your fist again suddenly as if you are about to grab something. Now while exhaling close the fist back again with the thumb inside in a snap and bring back the fist at the chest level again.

Repeat the same snapping back movement with the other arm also. You should do this at least 10-15 times initially with both the arms to get the best benefit. Then you can extend it for 2-3 minutes every day to keep your breast healthy and happy too.

Yoga Asana for healthy breasts 2: Diagonal stretch

In this yoga asana the main motive is to bring the lymphatic system of our body in the state of perfect activity and movement. This is done with the help of rigorous activity and controlled breathing exercise with the help of stretching our body.

Right Technique

First sit straight in a relaxed position on the yoga mat and now fold your thumb inwards on your palm at the base of the fingers of your hand and keep the fingers straight. Always remember that the thumb should touch the base of the little fingers.

Now keeping the fingers straight raise your arm upwards on the side of your body. Remember that the arms should be kept straight and parallel to the ground or floor on which you are sitting. The palms should be facing downwards or towards the ground with the thumb folded.

Now from this position lift up your right arm and bring down the left arm to your side. While raising up the right arm remember that you have to inhale. When the right arm goes down exhale. Now repeat this same by raising the left arm up and bring the right arm downwards. This repetition should be done for at least 2-3 minutes to activate the lymphatic system of our body.

Yoga asana for healthy breasts 3: Frog Pose

Frog pose resembles completely to the posture of a frog and is very beneficial in raising the energy level of the whole body and this includes the breasts too. In case of frog pose the energy gushes from each and every part of the body thus making us feel energetic and lively.

Right Technique

This asana is a standing pose where you need to stand in a relaxed position but straight and bring both the heels near each other. Now lifting up the heels up a little you need to squat down your body. Now while bending touch your toes or the ground with your fingers. This will bring the spine in straight position.

While inhaling bring the head near your knees and unbend your legs so that the strain is relieved. In this position the fingers should touch the ground.
Again while exhaling return back to the original position of squatting. You should do this pose at least for one minute initially and then start increasing the time once you get comfortable with the asana.

Significance of fit Lymphatic system

You can keep your breast in a hale and hearty position by strengthening your lymphatic system, because if your lymphatic system will be strong it will save your breast from attack of any foreign body like cancerous cells and will ensure pure flow of blood to the breasts.
