Improper food preparation or selection of poor ingredients for preparing the food leads to this kind of food poisoning. Mushrooms are the most common ingredients that could lead to such food poisoning. Food poisoning symptoms in case of poisonous mushrooms range from nausea, vomiting, diarrhea to sweating, shaking, hallucinations and even coma.
Certain kinds of fish also create harmful toxins in the body, which could lead to food poisoning. Symptoms of such food poisoning include muscle pain, weakness, increase in heartbeat, headache and dizziness along with nausea and vomiting.
Other food poisoning symptoms also include rash on the body, blurring of vision, distress caused to the respiratory system, swelling of the mouth and lips etc. Irrespective of the kinds of symptoms experienced by the individual, it is important to get immediate medical attention to treat the food poisoning.
