Drink lot of water as hydration keeps the skin cool and supple. Water helps in detoxification and improves blood circulation. As far as possible eat a balanced diet as oily food give rise to skin eruptions. Before you step out apply sun screen lotion with at least SPF 15 which will block the UV rays. Apply a regular moisturizer on the legs, hand and thighs to keep them moisturized. Healthy life style keeps the skin young for a longer time. Ample rest, along with healthy habits keeps the skin very healthy.
