Sunlight is one of the biggest natural sources of Vitamin D which is also the reason why it is called as sunshine vitamin. Vitamin D is of utmost importance for your healthy bones. You should also eat foods rich in Vitamin D such as fish, egg, dairy products etc. Being obese can also lead to vitamin D deficiency hence you should lose weight so that vitamin D present in your food can be use by your system.
