Aloe Vera Gel, Vinegar, And Essential Oil Mixture

Take two ounces each of Aloe Vera gel and orange blossom water. Add one teaspoon of white vinegar and 800UI of Vitamin E oil to it. Add one drop of chamomile oil, 4 drops of sandalwood oil, and 6 drops of geranium oil to it. Mix them well and apply on those areas of skin that have become dry as a result of menopausal symptoms. You will get relief immediately.

Take ¾ ounces of shaved beeswax and 24 drops of rose geranium oil and heat them together, till they melt. In another container, heat one cup distilled water.

Remove from blender and transfer this cream into an air tight container. Apply this cream on your skin to control the dryness caused due to menopause.

Lotion Made From Geranium Oil, Almond Oil And Vitamin E

Add two drops of the geranium oil and a 1000IU capsule of Vitamin E, to an ounce of almond oil and mix well. Apply this lotion on the external and internal parts of your vagina, to get rid of vaginal dryness caused due to menopause.
