You can take specially made pillows for the purpose, which are at least 4 inches high, to prevent this problem. You should also try to sleep more on your sides, so that the lower jaw could move forward, and obstruction could be removed, from your airways.

Go for warm beverages like plain warm water or warm water with honey, organic tulsi (basil leaves) tea, and green tea before going to bed.

You should also avoid heavy meals before bed, and go for light food instead. You should also try to sleep, at least after 3 hours, of having your food, as undigested food raises your diaphragm, and may lead to snoring .
Reduce Drinking And Smoking For Snoring
