Vinegar And Milk
Both the elements work tremendously well in the case of sun burn. You need to take a warm bath and then pat dry your skin. Take a cotton ball and apply vinegar on the sun burn areas.
Keep it for 2 to 4 minutes and then apply cold raw milk on the affected areas. Let it stay for about 10 minutes and then rinse it off properly with cold water. This will give you an instant relief from the burning sensation.
You need to do it twice a day so that you overcome the red spots in a week. This is a 100% effective home remedy for sun burn. Do not do this more than twice a day.
Yogurt is one of the most effective and rapid relievers in case of the bad sun burns. Once you encounter the sunburns, you should avoid exposure to the sun and return home immediately. After that you need to take a bath and pat your skin dry.
Take a generous amount of pure yogurt in your palm and apply in on the sun burns. You need to gently message the yogurt into the skin. You may also apply yogurt on the whole body to remove the tan and moisturize your body.
