Bring the dumbbells down to their original position such that your elbows are bent at 90 degrees. Do two sets of 12 reps each for best results.
Arm circles are a great way to tone those arms without using any machines and equipment. Simply stretch out your arms to your sides and rotate them 20 times in a clockwise direction. Now repeat the same movement in an anti-clockwise direction.
Lat pull downs are conventionally done for toning the back muscles but they are also a great way of toning underarm muscles, as this is the muscle you are using while you bring the bar down. Do 2-3 sets of lat pull downs with 8-12 reps for best results. As you get stronger, increase the weights. Make sure you use a wide grip.
Push-ups are one of the best ways to tone flabby underarms. They also help to tone shoulders, triceps and biceps. Do 2-3 sets of 12 reps for best results.
