Cure Type 2 DiabetesDiabetes is a condition due to the defects in production or utilization of Insulin. Insulin is a key substance that controls the entry of glucose in to the cells, where it is stored for future use. There are two types of diabetes, type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

In type 1 diabetes, the immune system of the body attacks the insulin producing cells of pancreas leading to reduced production of Insulin leading to increased blood sugar level. In type 2 diabetes, the body does not to respond to insulin even though pancreas produces insulin. Thus the entry of glucose in to the cells for supplying energy to the body gets prohibited and blood sugar level increases.

Increased blood sugar forces the pancreas to produce more insulin, ultimately leading to the damage of pancreas. Undesired fats in the body play a major role in creating insulin resistance in the body and so overweight is also a cause of type 2 diabetes. Hence it is necessary to cure type 2 diabetes as soon as it is diagnosed.

Instructions

  • The first and foremost step to treat type 2 diabetes is to stabilize the blood glucose level and reduce the symptoms associated with diabetes. The main treatment of type 2 diabetes is reducing the excess weight, by following a healthy eating habit and by practicing regular exercises. Immediately after diagnosing this type of diabetes, make a treatment plan for diabetes along with a reputed diabetic cure practitioner.
  • Diet: A well balanced and healthy diet is important for controlling type 2 diabetes. Adhere strictly to three meals a day plan with two snacks in between. Avoid all the unhealthy, fried, processed and fatty foods and rather include more fresh vegetables and diabetic friendly fruits in your diet. Include whole grains and legumes in the diet, as they provide more protein and fibers which helps to keep the blood sugar level balanced. Also discontinue smoking, alcohol and other beverages. A dietician can help you to make a proper meal plan.
  • Exercise: Regular exercise is essential to control the diabetes as it helps to burn the excess calories and fat and help to maintain a balanced weight. It also increases the circulation and regulates the blood pressure and thereby reduces the insulin resistance of the body.
  • Medications: If you are not able to achieve the normal blood sugar level with the exercise and diet, better take medications as per your physician’s recommendation. There are different types of oral medications such as biguanides, alpha-glucosidase, meglitinides etc. If the oral medications are not sufficient, doctor may prescribe insulin injections, which the patients can administer themselves. In certain situations, insulin is used along with oral medications while in other times insulin injection alone is prescribed.
  • Type 2 diabetic patients are prone to foot problems as the chances for damages to blood vessels and nerves are more in foot. If proper attention is not provided, any wound in the foot may go unnoticed leading to infection and infarction which may finally end up in amputation of the foot. Hence, check your feet daily for any change in color, sores or infection and keep the feet clean and dry. Those who have type 2 diabetes should have regular blood sugar test to see how well the body responds to the treatment.
