- Lamb chops are perhaps the most popular when it comes to making lamb dishes. A simple and delicious way to make lamb chops is to marinate them in a herb-flavored marinade and grill them. This is usually served as an entrée and goes very well with a side of creamy mashed potatoes.
- To make this recipe you will need to make the marinade first. For this, combine half cup olive oil with fresh herbs of your choices. Parsley, basil, thyme, cilantro, etc can be used. Use one spoon of each fresh herb and finely chop it. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to the olive oil-herb mix and whisk well.
- You can add freshly minced garlic for enhanced flavor. Once the marinade is ready, dip the lamb chops in it and let them rest in this flavorful marinade for at least one hour. Pre-heat your grill. After an hour, grill the lamb chops on the hot grill at medium flame till they get done to your desired likeness.
