To stay young forever, there are certain simple measures which you can incorporate in daily life; make it your living style. First rule is to eat well balanced food. Exercise regularly to keep your muscles toned and controls body weight. Always keep your mind free from any negative feelings and always be involved in any kind of physical activity. Eating Right:

The biggest factor which decides condition of your body is what you eat. Your body is the result of kind of food you eat. You should eat healthy and balanced food. Balanced food means the food which contains all kind of vitamins and minerals, required by your body to be health. First requirement for staying young is having a healthy body. This habit of eating right should be inculcated, right from the beginning that is when a person is child.


Avoid overeating and divide your food for a day into many small servings. Also keep in mind, do not stay hungry for a long time. Count your calories while eating, rough idea of course; try to have food according to kind of work you do. People doing very hectic manual work, should eat food which gives energy and if you have sedentary work, avoid heavy foods.


Drink plenty of water which keeps your body and skin hydrated and also helps your digestive system work properly. It helps to flush out toxins out of body which very essential for our body.


Exercise regularly:

This is another mantra for staying young forever. Persons who perform exercises in any form find themselves fit and healthy; hence you stay young forever. Include some form of exercise in your daily routine. Exercise improves your muscle tone and prevents your skin from sagging which is major sign old age. Exercising keeps your muscles and joints strong. It keeps active and working up to late in life. It improves blood circulation and increase level of oxygen in your body. It makes the heart strong and pumping more blood. Various poses of Yoga keeps your body toned, relaxed and calm.


Avoid smoking:

Smoking and taking tobacco because many serious problems and diseases like cancer in your body. Smoking produces free radicals which gobble up your body cells and make it weak. Smoking also steals your body of oxygen, a vital element for your body.


Avoid drinking alcohol:

Do not drink alcohol; it makes you weak physically and mentally both. Excessive drinking steals many years out of your life.


Practice Meditation:

To stay young forever, you should practice pranayam and meditation. Pranayam are breathing techniques which let you have deep breathing and control the rhythm of breathing. It helps you a lot in keeping relaxed and increasing level of oxygen. Meditation is also very helpful in keeping your young. By practicing meditation, you can control your feelings and make your mind clutter free. It helps you ward off any negative feelings out of your mind. You will feel happy and energetic.

Have Adequate Sleep:

Take adequate sleep of 7-8 hours. Body goes in repair mode while in sleep and repairs damaged tissues.


Take care of your skin and Hair:

Try to take proper care of your skin and hair by following various methods which suits your skin and hair type.
