hi….there are some good food for it;
eat onion as much as you can (Raw).
eat almonds daily.
Green tea is good for your metabolism.
Ginger tea is good too.
Garlic.
Drinking plenty of water is helpful.
Walking 3 times a week for 30 minutes wont hurt.

apparently avocado helps lower cholesterol due to some natural compounds in it.Just don’t overdo it as it is high i at ad so can promote excess weight.
