Patience is the answer. Gains here mean weight loss. You need to set forth realistic goals. Take a stock of yourself measure your waist line , hips neck and thighs. wEIGH YOURSELF ON A SCALE WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU AFTER A MONTH.
jUST EAT EVERYTHING BUT IN A VERY LESS QUANTITY (EAT MORE VEG AND FRUITS. tHIS IS MY SINCERE ADVICE BECUZ YOU LIVE IN THIS WORLD N YOU CANT LET PIZZA OR CAKE GO LIKE THIS. HAVE A BIT (NOT BITE) OF EVERY THING. start by a brisk walk 1 km both during day and evening. oNCE YOU START SHOWING UP IMPROVEMENT, INDUCE MORE CARDIO AND JUST DROP MOST OF THE FATS.
nevER EVER TAKE WATER AFTER MEALS. RATHer hydrate yourself fully in the morning and before every meal.
BE REALISTIC. Do not expect to be shreded in a months time.

Healnhealth, a comprehensive Online Health Portal talks about demystifying facts in Health. It also talks about how “Fitness mantra” has become the In Thing, “Diet charts” a norm, and “Six to Eight” abpacks a sign of showing physical fitness.
But what’s equally important is the issue of planning and coordinating the schedule so that we don’t suffer from “Burnout syndrome” at the initial stages itself.
Adds the author “There is an increasing competition and comparison among people from all walks, to be Fit & Healthy.”
This has started a Rat-Race, which some are really encashing upon as Carbohydrate and fat levels have to tone down naturally. But some are offering synthetic protein nutrients, laced with chemicals like sodium, aspartame etc. which are causing disasters to the body in the longer run.
To eliminate this event, and enable a natural “Fitness Mantra”, the author lists out that it’s better to have a “Natural Diet” Schedule. Also take foods rich in proteins like Sprouts, Egg, Cereals etc and do brisk warm exercises like swimming, cycling, jogging and running to burn the unhealthy fat in the body steadily with no side effects.
Tips for Better Metabolism and Health
1. Do not skip a heavy breakfast, as the body needs energy.
2. Eat lightly in between the day.
3. Drink atleast 4 liters of water per day.
4. Have protein rich foods, fruits and cereals like apple, lentil, chicken, sprouts etc.
5. Avoid junk food like pizzas, Bread and burgers.
6. Try minimizing alcohol consumption to the minimum.
Also adds the author, its better to practice yogasanas to eliminate fat naturally. Check out http://tinyurl.com/2cfefu8 to know more.

Well, balanced diet is good.. eat more fruits and during hunger hours, you may want to eat some biscuits or crackers to prevent you from craving for other foods. Then do some little workout.. cardio or walking every morning (just even spare 15 minutes).
