How to lose Belly Fat? Eat healthy? Help??

Ok, I\’m 5\’1 and 110 lbs.

I work out Every Other day- 45 Min Dvd exercise, I clean, & walk/jog. I can\’t over work my body, because of my bones.

I don\’t know what to eat for 3 meals & 3 Snacks

Other meals/recipes you suggest? I get sick of these meals quickly.

Well, balanced diet is good.. eat more fruits and during hunger hours, you may want to eat some biscuits or crackers to prevent you from craving for other foods. Then do some little workout.. cardio or walking every morning (just even spare 15 minutes).

JUST RELAX!

Patience is the answer. Gains here mean weight loss. You need to set forth realistic goals. Take a stock of yourself measure your waist line , hips neck and thighs. wEIGH YOURSELF ON A SCALE WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU AFTER A MONTH.
jUST EAT EVERYTHING BUT IN A VERY LESS QUANTITY (EAT MORE VEG AND FRUITS. tHIS IS MY SINCERE ADVICE BECUZ YOU LIVE IN THIS WORLD N YOU CANT LET PIZZA OR CAKE GO LIKE THIS. HAVE A BIT (NOT BITE) OF EVERY THING. start by a brisk walk 1 km both during day and evening. oNCE YOU START SHOWING UP IMPROVEMENT, INDUCE MORE CARDIO AND JUST DROP MOST OF THE FATS.

nevER EVER TAKE WATER AFTER MEALS. RATHer hydrate yourself fully in the morning and before every meal.

BE REALISTIC. Do not expect to be shreded in a months time.

Hey there. The best thing that always works for me is the PROTEIN Way! Yes, eat all green vegetables, and meats cooked anyway except FRIED…and for that belly to go down you can NOT DRINK ANY CARBONATED DRINKS AT ALL! THIS WILL MAKE YOUR BELLY GO DOWN FAST AND I MEAN FAST IF YOU DRINK SODAS OR ANYTHING CARBONATION. I DRINK UNSWEET TEA, WATER, REGULAR COFFEE. I HAVE FOUGHT WEIGHT MY WHOLE LIFE. EVEN HAD GASTRIC BYPASS. I FEEL I AM A PRO AT DIETING BUT JUST DONT STAY MOTIVATED FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME…

I dont know about all these diets and work out fads, but I eat about every 2 hours. 1-3 bowles of cereal (dairy and fiber there) then i have lunch (whatever you want that is on the healthy side) put some fruit in there too. Snack. Dinner include a good amount of vegetable (aspagus is great)and fruit, starch, protien. Desert/ snack 1-2 hours before you go to bed. I have lost 26 pounds in about 2-3 months its great.

Belly fat, hmmmm very stubborn. The first thing I will tell you is to be positive. It is a very gradual process. Remember fat multiplies 4 times faster, especially if you skip meals. Most of the people do a common mistake. They stop ecercising when they just start pespiring. To burn any fat you have to bring it to a high temperature .So you divide your workout in two halves. The first half will help in increasing the temperature, and the second half will help in burning the fat.
Just imagine but dont try it; example if you have to melt a chunk of fat you will obviously keep it on the fire. It doesnt melt immediately. And the sbest part is that after it melts if it gets cold againg it becomes fat, the same thing applies with our belly fat.

It is important to cleanse the body of its toxins. Caffiene, sugar etc. I learned alot when I discovered Isagenix. Look it up. I have alot of health issues and this is the first thing that I could use with ease and no side effects. It teaches you alot. Just take a look. You have nothing to loose.

Hi I am one fitness freak and got a lot of fab after 2 c-sections. Trying to loose a lot of weight I should say. i work out in gym everyday 1-2 hours. Eat right. Drink lots of tomato juice. Eat raw garlic as first 5 mossales in your lunch and dinner. You will notice the difference

eat cucumber half an hour before every meal or breakfast without fail and try more of raw veggiges and non expensive friuts that is seasonal friuts, gain control over liking of more foods that u can digest
