How can I make my teeth white at home and not pay so much money
3 points I asked my dentist about peroxide rinsing. He said it will NOT whiten teeth, however rinsing with peroxide does offer benefits to the gums, especially if you have a tendency to get swollen or bleeding gums.
before your regular brushing, just take a little baking soda and brush with it. you willhave white sparkling teeth if you dotis for a few days.
