My period date is 16th october and I took an ipill yesterday within the same day of unprotected sex, how do I ensure that I do not get pregent and have my periods. I’m very tensed

Is there any other way I can get to ensure that I’m not pregnant as this must be unsafe time for me and when do I take the pregnancy test to get the correct results
Its not that bitter,the peel is bitter so I suggest you to peel it off and eat it with a bit of salt or sauce just to change the taste. This is the easiest remedy of all.

Hi George, what I’m trying to ask you that I have taken a contraceptive pill and as per my cycle I shld have my periods between 16th -22nd october due to shift in date because of the pill so shld I have the papaya now or after the 22nd. I am also gng to be travelling from the 8th october onwards and wld I get excess bleeding because of the papaya.
The sooner the better. Papaya is great heat. If you take papaya today, your periods should within 24 hrs.You see pregnant women are not supposed to eat papaya because it will abort the baby.

If you are pregnant and want to abort,take a raw papaya fruit, cut a slice of it, peel it and eat it with a pinch of salt to taste.
The other safe mode is 8 days before periods and 8 days after periods you may have sex without contraceptives.
