i have tried all over the over the counter stool softerners and laxitives and enimas. and im not sure how to spell it but i drank mana citrate. i really have a bad inpactation and it is embarressing but i have went to the hospital and the tell me to drink water and use enimas which i am already doing. i am a methadone patient and iknow that it is the main cause but i cant stop my treatment. i need some help with any solutions to help me poop please .
