Recently, I have come across people waiting in queues at weight reduction centers.  They are ready to pay huge amounts of money,  to become slim.  Before you too decide for the same thing,  I want to highlight some of the effective ways of  losing your weight naturally.

Juice Of  Lemon Is  The  Best:

Lime juice is very good for weight reduction.  Add 2 table spoons of lime juice and honey to lukewarm water and take it on an empty stomach.  If you follow this procedure daily, you will be surprised to see the needle of the weighing machine moving left side from your previous weight when you stand on it.

Regular Physical Exercise:

Daily physical exercise like walking, cycling and yoga help in overcoming abnormal weight gain.  Therefore, allot specific timings for your exercise on every fresh day.

It is better to exercise before you take your coffee or tea in the morning.  If you have a gym nearby to your home or at your work place, you can also walk on tread mill, which is a  fast way of losing weight.

Avoid Intake Of  Rice:

The more you reduce the intake of rice, the better are the chances for you to lose weight. If you are habituated to eating rice,  take it once in your lunch time, preferably with one or two items only.

Eat Wheat Products:

You can eat wheat chapatti or upma in limited quantities for more number of times,  for not putting on weight.

Reduce Plate Size:

If you use a big plate during your meals, you will put on weight without your knowledge. To avoid this, use small plate for serving, so that you can eat in small quantities.

Say No To Alcoholism:

Intake of alcoholic beverages or alcoholic chocolates or any other foods containing alcohol, can increase your weight abnormally.  Hence,  you should be away from such foods or beverages, to reduce your weight.

Stop  Heavy  Consumption  Of  Coffee:

In many scientific research studies conducted, t he findings have shown adverse impacts of consumption of coffee on weight gain and obesity. So, limit your intake of coffee to lower your weight.

Do Not Eat Bananas Frequently:

Eating banana with milk or curd can make you put on weight,  because, the prime characteristic of banana is to increase weight of the human body. Therefore, if your weight exceeds the required standard, it is advisable to stop eating banana completely.

Do Not Sleep After Dinner:

Most of the home makers and retired employees make it a habit to sleep after their meals in the afternoon.  Remember that, this is one of the vital reasons for weight gain and if you want to lose your weight,  stop the habit of sleeping in the afternoon.

Eliminate Bakery Foods From Your Menu:

Bakery foods such as bread, cakes and pastries contain high contents of sodium bicarbonate, which is a prime cause for abnormal weight gain.  To protect yourself from the health hazards of overweight, you should be away from bakery foods and junk foods.

Avoid Eating Fatty Foods:

It is highly essential to avoid foods containing fats in high quantities like cheese, butter, ghee, yogurts, full cream milk and ice creams, to lose your weight.
