Lemon balm contains menthol, flavonoids, tannis and antispasmodic effect that ease intestinal spasms and cramping that may assist in inhibiting H. pylori, which is a main cause of gastritis.Lemon balm may be taken 4.5 gm per day and 5 ml three times a day if it’s in tincture form. For acid reflux and gastritis lemon balm tea works wonders. Just, steep 3 teaspoon of leaves in boiling water for 15 minutes and then strain, drink this three times a day. Avoid this if you have glaucoma.

Marshmallow, is often recommended to prepare a tea out of marshmallow.Add 4-5 teaspoon of marshmallow dried root in 5 oz of boiling water and let it steep for at-least 15 minutes and then strain. Chamomile is a popular herb used to treat digestive disorders. It helps to neutralize stomach acid. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 4 gm of dried herb and let it steep for up to 15 to 20 minutes.Strain the mixture and drink the tea up to four times a day in between the meals. Chamomile liquid extract may be taken, up to 120 drops two to three times a day.
