Lime juice can be directly applied to the skin using cotton. Lemon juice blemishes acne scars by lightening them. Rosewater and sandalwood paste can be applied on the scarred area as facial mask. Wash it after one hour. Sandalwood has cooling and soothing effect on the skin.
Vitamin A and vitamin E helps in natural curing of acne. Vitamin A promotes youthful skin. Vitamin E is an antioxidant and it is good for skin. Eating fresh food, green vegetables and drinking lot of water is also good for skin. Apply tomato pulp, rose-water and honey mixture on the scars and wash it after twenty minutes. Applying grind orange peel with water on the affected parts also helps in acne treatment. Applying Aloe Vera juice twice a day speed up acne lesions healing. You can make a paste of 1 small teaspoon cinnamon powder and 3 tablespoons honey, apply this before sleeping and wash with warm water next morning. Pimples will disappear if it is repeated for 3 weeks.
Cleaning face with vinegar soaked cotton ball in the morning can also help in get rid of acne. Boil 3 teaspoons of tea in water for 10-20min then apply it on your scars with a cotton ball when it cools down. Apply Grinded nutmeg (jaiphal) with un-boiled milk and apply on pimples for 1-2 hours. This works as a magic and pimples will disappear.
Applying a paste of methi (fenugreek) leaves for 15 minutes and washing with lukewarm water prevents acne and blackheads. Applying lime juice mixed with equal amount of groundnut oil and washed after 15 minutes can also prevent pimples and blackheads.
