Belching or burping is a process if discharge of the gas buildup occurring in the stomach through the mouth. It results in a typical sound along with a faint odor at times and is a medical problem. Remedy for Belching using Fresh Soup:
Consume fresh garlic soup before each meal or at least dinner to facilitate proper digestion.

Chamomile Tea as a Natural Cure for Belching

Diet for Belching


Eating slowly is the first step towards the cure for belching. If the food is not chewed properly, it delays and even obstructs the process of smooth digestion which triggers the formation of gas.

Avoid talking while eating. This may remind you of your childhood memories but it results in swallowing of excess air while eating which causes belching.

Regular sips of water should be taken as a dry mouth also results in belching.

The diet for belching should not consist of excess cholesterol and fats. Spicy foods also give way to acidity.

Cold Milk is one of the most useful home remedies for belching as it provides quick relief from acidity and burning sensation caused due to it. It can also be consumed in diluted form by mixing equal amount of milk and water. On the other hand hot milk increases the problem of belching.

Needless to say, carbonated drinks increase the amount of air in the body which also results in the problem. Therefore, they should be avoided as much as possible.

Canned foods should also be avoided as carbon dioxide is added in them in order to prevent spoilage which results in belching.
