HOME REMEDIES FOR HEADACHES AND MIGRAINES

Any person under stress or suffering from any physical problem is tending to suffer from headaches at one or the other stage of life. In headache the pain usually occurs in the smooth muscles encircling the blood vessels, which serve these areas. It also arises from irritation to nerve endings in the shoulder, neck and scalp muscles. Most headaches occur outside the skull, in the nerves, blood vessels and muscles that cover the head and neck. The muscles or blood vessels can swell, tighten, or go through other changes that stimulate or put pressure on the surrounding nerves. These nerves send a rush of pain messages to the brain, which brings on a headache. Headache is generally categorized as primary and secondary.

I have suffered headaches all my life, especially sinus ones.. I have found alot of comfort from my herbal bag warmed in the microwave for 3 minutes, rapped in a hand towel and lay across my eyes and high cheek bones. I first apply vicks or mentholatum on the affected area then lay the bay, take a couple Advil for Sinus and within 30 minutes ... Totally gone, plus I can breathe freely through my nostrils.. IT REALLY WORK WELL !!

I have just recently (last 5 years) have been suffering with migraines. I have been prescribed many prescription drugs and all have created a new set of problems (mostly dizziness and numbness) The best thing I have found is called Lifezyme Plus (treats inflamation) It is not a cure all, but its natural and it really works for my headache problems. I hope this helps someone else who is suffering from nasty headaches. (This stuff is suppose to be for sciatica, but I came upon it quite by accident and when it said inflamation I jumped on it!
