NATURAL HOME REMEDIES FOR LIVER ENLARGEMENT

Liver enlargement is the indication of liver disease. It is also known as hepatomegaly. The enlarged or swollen liver shows no clinical symptoms. It can be caused by liver cancer, blood disorders, hepatitis, excess intake of alcohol and jaundice.

Home Remedies for Liver Enlargement

Liver enlargement treatment - Daily intake of long brinjals (Eggplant) helps restore the liver to its original position.

Mixture of two grams of Sprague powder, half-gram salt taken twice a day after meals with water cures all liver and spleen problems. This is one of the good home remedies for liver enlargement.

Drink spearmint juice with added sugar for 10 days. This is one of the best liver enlargement cure.

Take juice of 2 oranges empty stomach for 5-7 days. This is good home remedy for liver enlargement.

Take one and a half gram jaggery and Chebulic myrobalan’s peel powder in equal amounts and make one tablet out of it. Take one tablet daily in the morning and evening with warm water for a month.This is good liver enlargement remedy.

Diet for liver enlargement - Half-cup juice of bathu (Chenopodium album) with little salt is also helpful and is good home remedy for liver enlargement.

Daily intake of half-cup bitter gourd with small amount of salt is very useful for liver and spleen enlargement.

Papaya is also useful in Liver Enlargement.

I did the following: squeezed one fresh lemon in to a cup, chopped up 1 clove of garlic, and added some chopped up ginger. boiled some water and poured it in the cup. stirred it, covered the cup for about a minute then drank it. Once finished, the garlic, ginger and maybe a little lemon may be left, so pour one more cup of hot water and drink it.

I did this twice a day, once after waking up and once at night. After about 2 days , all pain was gone in the liver area.

My sister in India has enlarged liver and spleen. She gets fever of 99.6 degrees few hours after she wakes up. Do you think your suggestion about enlarged spleen and liver will cure it???

The herb "Kilanelly" available as a keera (green leaf vegetable), also available in the form of a powder in Chennai, has been recommended by our ancestors for liver problems. Once I had loss of appetite (slowly building for about 3 months), and, tiredness. After I took this, was feeling very hungry and after a few days of taking it I was normal. My husband has liver enlargement, and has hepatitis C, and suffering from psoriasis.
