NATURAL HOME REMEDIES FOR JOINT PAIN


Joint pain is one of the symptoms of arthritis. It affects one or more joints. It can be caused due to various types of injuries or conditions. Joint pain can also be caused by the inflammation of the bursae known as bursitis. The bursae are fluid-filled sacs that cushion and pad, bony parts, allowing free movement of muscles and tendons over the bone.

  • Arthritis
  • Tendinitis

Home Remedies for Joint Pain

Warm bath is the highly beneficial water joint pains treatment.

Massaging the affected area with any oil will provide relief from the pain.

Drink a cup of papaya seed tea six or seven times daily for two or three weeks for relief from joint pain.

To prevent joint pains eat garlic cloves fried in butter.

Take half teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water at least thrice in a day. It is also helpful in curing arthritis. This is effective home remedy for joint pains.

Eating chapatti made of roasted grams flour with clarified butter also gives relief from joint pains.

Mix two teaspoonful of winter cherry with ghee and molasses to make porridge. Eat this porridge with an empty stomach for 15 days. This is also good home remedy for joint pains.

Diet for joint pain - Among fruits bananas are considered the best for the joints as they provide strength and grease to the joints.

Take 1 teaspoonful of turmeric in hot milk to cure all kinds of body pains.

Carrot juice is also highly beneficial as it strengthens the ligaments.

Drink 15 grams of fresh bathu juice daily especially on an empty stomach. This is one of the effective home remedies for joint pains.

Apple cider vinegar has shown to give beneficial results.

Rub the aching joints with hot vinegar before going to bed. Good Home Remedy for Joint Pains.

Two teaspoons apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey dissolved in a small glass of warm water brings relief. This is one of the effective joint pain treatment.

Mix camphor, methyl salicylate. eucalyptus oil and menthol to make a rubbing mixture for aches and pains. This is also one of the effective home remedies for joint pains.

Gomukhasana is the most beneficial yogic asana for the joint pains cure.

Drink plenty of water to keep the body clean.

Alternate hot and cold compresses on the painful area gives relief. Good Natural Remedy for Joint Pain.

Mix fresh carrot juice with equal parts of lemon juice. Take one large teaspoonful everyday. This is one of the best joint pain remedy.

Exercise increases your joint flexibility and strengthens your bones. Exercise in water – it can reduce pain and improves flexibility.

In a small glass of warm water mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey. Take it twice in a day to get relief. This is good natural remedy for joint pain.

Increase your intake of oils rich in omega-3 fatty acid and vitamins.

Mix two parts pure olive oil and one part of kerosene oil. This makes a wonderful ointment for the affected joints and helps in pain relief and is also good joint pain remedy.

Stop eating butter,cream,cow milk and gluten and you will understand why you feel better in about 2 weeks. Simply because acidic food is increasing inflammation process.

take egg shell burn it, make powder, mix it with coconut oil, and then rub on joints wherever its paining, rub before going bath and then apply hot water on affected area. do this regularly , you ll be able to see the difference in just few days

What the hell is wrong with a daily dose of omega 3 of cod liver oil? Its a natural lubricant for joints. If you dont wanna buy bottles, eat plenty of oily fish cos thats where its comes from. :-(Trying everything, but sometimes discouraged. I think its a whole lifestyle change thing, requiring lots of research and discipline. Will try alkaline diet next. I have been very acidic for years, as most of us are. It catches up with you. When i was in my 20's and 30's I felt great and invincible, so i did whatever i wanted. Now im paying 4 it. Trust me- take care of your body now or it will bite you in the a*s later!! Moderation, and watch your PH. I think those r the keys.

Tried watching my PH but probably wasn't moderate about it. Besides had to always be putting on clothes whenever doorbell rang. Think I'll try the M&M (w/nuts), probably help skin texture too.

shailaja, maybe you should try to cut down or stop all-together your intake of dairy and replace with alternatives such as soya and supplement tablets to see if this helps

First you need to eliminate the cause of the pain...remove the acid..Then get the swelling to go down... You can then start exercising, and increasing circulation after the swelling goes down.

For the pain...You should start rubbing the joints with a topical cream that has aloe, all the B vitamins along with the A D and E... But most importantly the topical rub needs to have Capsacin. hitop has the right idea.as for people with arthritis this guy i know ate about an 2 to 3 inches of aloe vera a day for 5 weeks and on. he didn't feel pain that was in his knee and elbow any more but you always have to take it. as for my advice stop eating sugar even sugary fruits dairy red meats(very acidic) and deffinetly gluten. the better you eat the better you feel. honestly look up candida and arthritis. candida is everything

"You are what you eat." Several posts have mentioned diet. Try switching to the paleo diet (do a search) for starters, and then, when the pain decreases, try the crossfit mobility wod to keep the joints moving.

We have a remedy for arthritis and other joint pains - it seems to cure it with the people who have used it. Take 1 tip of a knife of Nutmeg daily

Another thing that I have also tried is to use place 1 whole nutmeg in a little bag and pin it in your clothes near the pain - it definitely works and eases the pain
