Joint pain is one of the symptoms of arthritis. It affects one or more joints. It can be caused due to various types of injuries or conditions. For the pain...You should start rubbing the joints with a topical cream that has aloe, all the B vitamins along with the A D and E... But most importantly the topical rub needs to have Capsacin. Capsacin is derived from hot peppers it puts heat into the joints and it also de-sensitizes painful joints to offer pain relief. Of course rubbing the sore painful joints will increase circulation.

Another thing that I have also tried is to use place 1 whole nutmeg in a little bag and pin it in your clothes near the pain - it definitely works and eases the pain
